Glimmer Publishing House accepts print book return within two months of invoice date. Here you can find the return address as well as all necessary information regarding the return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Book returns are accepted within two months of invoice date (12 months for resellers). Please enclose copy of our invoice or packing slip to expedite processing and avoid a possible 7% penalty. For your protection, books should be sent by a traceable method (i.e., UPS, FedEx, or USPS return receipt) in case proof of return is required. Products must be in salable condition and returned to the warehouse specified on the invoice/packing slip contained in your shipment. We are not responsible for books returned to our warehouse that does not belong to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
